About me
I'm chief of staff at RallyUp, where I run operations and clients for a LinkedIn content agency closing in on $1M ARR, and I write The Draft, a weekly letter on career, marketing and building an income on the internet.
I grew up in Mallorca and left at seventeen for the University of York to read business and management.
At eighteen I ran my first business, organising and selling event tickets to international students. It made $10,000. I spent it on a watch, which I would like to say taught me something about capital allocation.
In 2022 I joined AlphaSights in London and finished ranked first in my cohort, at 117 percent of quota.
For two and a half years at Synpulse I did management consulting. High rise office, billion dollar clients, the whole picture of the thing I thought I wanted. I was unfulfilled the entire time. I was tired of strategy and I wanted to build something with my hands in it.
In 2025 I moved back to Spain to run partnerships at dCycle, a sustainability startup, and built a partner channel past €200,000 in recurring revenue.
At twenty-three I sent one cold message to a founder I had never met. He replied in thirty minutes. I started fractionally, and I am now chief of staff at RallyUp on $100k plus equity.
RallyUp pivoted on the first of May with no demand at all. By August we had grown revenue thirty-seven times over, held client retention above ninety percent, and shipped more than 700 posts for leadership teams at PandaDoc, Letter.ai, Anchor Browser and Andel.
Today I run RallyUp's operations from Mallorca, write The Draft every week, and train jiu-jitsu three times a week.
