You are not losing to better people.

You are losing to people who are easier to find. That is a fixable problem, and it takes about an hour.

Two years ago I was a management consultant. High rise office, billion dollar clients, the whole picture of the thing I thought I wanted.

Nobody outside my team knew what I did. I was good at the work. I was invisible at the job.

Then at 23 I sent one cold message to a founder I had never met. He replied in thirty minutes. I am now his chief of staff.

Nothing about me changed in those thirty minutes. I did not get smarter. I got legible.

That is the whole gap. Being good at your job and being known for being good at your job are two separate projects. Most people only run the first one. Then they watch the role go to someone visibly worse.

I spend my working life fixing this for executives at Airwallex, PandaDoc and Letter.ai. They pay an agency a lot of money for it. You do not need an agency. You need one hour and someone who will not let you stay vague.

What you leave with

  • A positioning line that could not sit on three hundred other profiles
  • Your headline and about section rewritten while we talk, not afterwards
  • A 90 day plan. Who to message. What to say. In what order.

$100

60 minutes · Google Meet

Book the hour

You pay and pick a slot in the same step. Nothing else stands between you and the call.

How it runs

  1. 01

    Book

Pick a slot and pay. Two minutes. The card is the only filter.

  2. 02

    I do the homework

I read your profile, your CV, and five real job posts for the role you named.

  3. 03

    We work

Sixty minutes. Screen shared. We rewrite live. No slides.

  4. 04

    You ship

You get the doc we wrote together, plus a checklist for the first 30 days.

This is for you if

  • You are a few years in and the next step is not obvious from where you stand
  • You want to move from a big company into a startup, or from doing the work into running it
  • You have a profile and never post. Or you post and nothing happens.
  • You would rather send ten precise messages than two hundred applications
  • You will do the homework between booking and the call

This is not for you if

  • You want someone to apply to jobs for you
  • You want a guaranteed offer. Nobody can promise that. I will not pretend.
  • You are a company looking to hire. That is RallyUp, one click away.
  • You have not decided to change anything yet

Common questions

How much is it?
$100, paid when you book. One hour on Google Meet.
Is this just LinkedIn?
No. LinkedIn is where the work ends up. The work is deciding what you are for and who should care. The profile is the output.
Will you write my posts for me?
No. I do that for executives through RallyUp at a very different price. You leave this hour able to write your own.
What do I bring?
Your CV. Your profile. A rough idea of the role you want. Two out of three is fine. Book anyway.
What if it does not help?
Email me within a week and I refund it. I would rather lose the fee than have you tell people it was a waste.
